The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area that comfortably seats eight. Additional breakfast seating is available at the bar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The condo features three bedrooms sleeping eight guests. Each of the three full bathrooms comes stocked with complimentary toiletries. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, access to the Gulf Coast balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom features two twin-size beds and access to a shared balcony.

Outdoor Pleasures:
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to a 50’ Gulf coast balcony, providing stunning penthouse-height panoramic views. Two balconies with modern outdoor furniture offer ample space to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
