Boaters will appreciate the on-site docks and boat slips, available for just $100 per week. Assigned, covered parking is located underneath the building for easy access.

Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan with two comfortable sofas, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for families or groups who enjoy cooking and gathering together.
