Fire Smoked Fish Company, formerly Brookman's Smokehouse, opened its doors in Gulf Shores in August of 2020, just a week before Hurricane Sally hit. It is locally owned by Army Veteran Richard Brookman and his wife Amy.

We offer Smoked Fish and Smoked Gourmet Dips, as well as, local specialty favorites.

Where are we located? We are located at 1544 Gulf Shores Pkwy on Hwy 59. We are right across from Arby's in the blue building that says David's Gallery on the front; however, our entrance is on the right side of the building.

What are our hours? Tuesday - Friday 11 am to 5 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm

What makes us unique?

QUALITY: We smoke everything onsite and make everything from scratch every day. We even have our own Smokehouse sauce recipe bottled locally!

FLAVOR: We are bringing the FIRE when it comes to FLAVOR! Meaning our food is not bland or mediocre! It makes an impression. It is an experience for your taste buds!

UNIQUENESS: We have the BEST smoked fish on the Gulf Coast! Our Smoked Atlantic Salmon is amazing! Our Smoked Yellowfin Tuna Dip is the bomb. We are also the home to the famous 2 inch thick Big Daddy Pork Chop!

LOCAL: We are a small, locally owned, veteran owned business. The owners and staff work hard every day to make sure your experience at Brookman’s Smokehouse is the best every time.

CONCEPT: Our shop is small but convenient. Everything is to go and we even offer online ordering and curbside pickup.
